This policy explains what Albrenos collects, why, who we share it with, and how you delete it. Albrenos is a casting platform for the film and media industry that connects producers with cast and crew.
| Category | What it includes | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Account & contact data | Email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), phone number, and the Google account identifier if you sign in with Google. | To create your account, verify your email with a one-time code, sign you in, and reset your password. |
| Profile data | Name, stage name, professional roles and skills, biography, date of birth, gender, languages, and region. Producers also provide a company name and profile. | To build the profile producers browse, and to match you to casting calls that specify role, language, gender or age range. |
| Media you upload | Headshots, portfolio photos, showreel videos, audio, and documents such as a CV. | To display your portfolio to producers. Reels may carry an Albrenos watermark. |
| Activity data | Casting calls you post, applications you submit, shortlists, messages you exchange, reviews, community posts, and reports you file. | To operate the core features of the service and to moderate abuse. |
| Payment data | Your subscription tier, purchase records, and transaction references. | To unlock paid features and support you on billing questions. |
| Technical data | IP address and request logs, held for a limited period. | Security, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and diagnosing faults. |
The app requests access to your photo and video library only so you can choose files to upload, and asks to save to your gallery only when you download a reel. We read the files you pick, not your whole library.
Albrenos is a professional discovery platform, so parts of your account are deliberately visible to other signed-in users:
Your email address, phone number, and password are never shown on your public profile. Private messages are visible only to you, the other participant, and — where a report or investigation requires it — our moderation staff.
We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users. We do not sell personal information.
Data is stored in a managed database on our hosted infrastructure. All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes and are never recoverable in readable form. Access to production data is limited to staff who need it.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account we remove it as described in section 6. We keep limited records for longer only where we must — for example transaction records for accounting and tax purposes, and moderation records of serious abuse so a banned user cannot immediately return.
No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach affecting you where the law requires.
You can, at any time:
We respond to requests within 30 days. We may need to verify that the request comes from the registered account holder before we act on it.
You have the right to have your account and associated data deleted, and you can do it yourself at any time:
Deletion runs immediately — it is not a queued request. If you cannot reach the app, email support@albrenossolutions.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete My Account" and we will action it within 30 days. Full details of what is deleted and what we must keep are on our account deletion page.
Our providers, including Cloudinary and Google, may process and store data on servers outside your country. Where we transfer data internationally we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards to protect it.
We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and will notify you in the app or by email when a change materially affects your rights. Continuing to use Albrenos after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Albrenos Solutions is the operator of the Albrenos app and the data controller for the information described here.
