Terms & Conditions

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Albrenos Solutions. By creating an account or using the Albrenos app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Albrenos is — and is not

Albrenos is a platform that connects producers with cast and crew. We are not a talent agency, an employer, or a party to any agreement you reach with another user. We do not employ, represent, endorse, or vet users, and we take no commission on work booked. Any audition, contract, payment, or working arrangement is strictly between you and the other party.

2. Eligibility and your account

• You must give accurate information and keep it current. Impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity, credentials, or company, is grounds for removal.
• One person, one account. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Tell us immediately at support@albrenossolutions.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Rules for casting calls

If you post casting calls, you agree that:

• The project is genuine and you are authorised to cast for it.
• The listing states the role, and states honestly whether it is paid or unpaid, along with the compensation on offer.
• You will not charge applicants any fee to apply, audition, or be considered — no registration fees, no mandatory paid training, no compulsory photographer.
• You will not use applicant contact details or media for anything other than casting the advertised role, and will not redistribute them.
• Requirements such as age, gender, or language are stated only where genuinely necessary for the role.
• You will not request nude or sexually explicit audition material through the platform, and will not arrange auditions in private residences or other unsafe settings.

4. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of everything you upload. We claim no ownership of your photos, videos, or profile content.

You grant Albrenos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, watermark, and display your content for the purpose of operating the platform — showing your profile to producers, displaying your reels, and similar. This licence exists only so we can run the service, ends when you delete the content or your account, and does not let us sell your content or license it to third parties for their own use. Copies already shared or downloaded by other users, and short-lived backup or cache copies, may persist beyond deletion.

You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you upload, including the rights to any footage featuring other people, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or likeness rights.

The Albrenos name, logo, design, and software remain ours. You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Post sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or harassing content, or content that demeans anyone based on ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or similar grounds.
• Post fake casting calls, run recruitment or advance-fee scams, or solicit money from other users under false pretences.
• Request sexual favours in exchange for casting consideration, or engage in any form of sexual harassment or coercion.
• Upload another person's photos or reels as your own, or post content featuring a person who has not consented.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach or overload our systems, use bots or scrapers, or circumvent access limits and paywalls.
• Harvest other users' contact details for marketing, spam, or resale.
• Take conversations off-platform in order to evade our safety and moderation rules.
• Use the service for anything unlawful under the laws that apply to you.

6. Reporting and moderation

Every profile, casting call, message thread, and community post can be reported from within the app. We review reports and may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend an account, or ban a user and their device.

We aim to review reports of serious harm — safety threats, sexual misconduct, fraud — as a priority. We may act without prior notice where there is a risk to users, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. If you believe we removed your content in error, reply to the notice and we will re-review it.

Safety. Meet in a professional setting, bring someone with you where you can, be sceptical of anyone asking for money or for explicit material, and report them to us.

7. Payments and subscriptions

• Some features require a paid subscription or a one-off purchase. Prices are shown in the app in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) before you pay.
• Payments are handled by Chapa, our payment processor, and are also subject to Chapa's own terms.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew and we never charge a stored card. A plan runs for its stated term and then lapses unless you choose to renew. Renewing early adds the new term on top of the days you have left rather than discarding them.
• Because there is no automatic charge, there is nothing to cancel — simply do not renew. You keep access until the term ends.
• Payments are generally non-refundable once the paid feature has been made available, except where the law requires a refund or where you were charged in error. Contact support@albrenossolutions.com within 14 days for a billing problem and we will investigate.
• Buying a subscription buys access to features. It does not guarantee bookings, applications, auditions, or any particular result.
• We may change prices for future terms. A change never affects a term you have already paid for.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Albrenos at any time and may delete your account as described on our account deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that creates a safety or legal risk, or that abuses the platform. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond, but serious cases may be actioned immediately. If we terminate your account for a clear breach, outstanding paid time is not refunded.

9. Disclaimers

Albrenos is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any listing is legitimate, that any user is who they claim to be, or that using the platform will lead to work.

We strongly encourage you to verify independently anyone you plan to work with. Do not send money, personal documents, or explicit material to someone you met through the platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Albrenos Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, for lost profits or lost opportunities, or for the conduct of any user — online or in person. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Albrenos Solutions against claims and costs arising from content you post, from your breach of these terms, or from your dealings with other users.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, where a change materially affects your rights, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Albrenos after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and the courts of Ethiopia have jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved informally.

14. General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us. You may not transfer your account or these rights to anyone else.
